The scaffolding is up; the house is hidden under a cover…the refurbishment of the beautiful façade of Grand Residence 21 has begun. The historic façade will be fixed and repaired into its original glory, and the property’s courtyard wing will be completely renewed.
The refurbishment of the façade is estimated to be finalized by late fall 2017. At that time, Grand Residence 21 will again reveal its magnificent face to the passers-by.
