Tomi Björck and Matti Wikberg of BW-Restaurants Oy have opened their first full-fledged cocktail bar. Goldfish, named after the Goldfish city block draws inspiration from the best cocktail bars the world over, particularly the agelessly elegant library bars of London’s luxury hotels. As a full-service bar, Goldfish offers skilfully prepared cocktails crafted with love, along with an extensive wine list and a high-standard bar snack menu implemented by Ventuno, the modern Italian restaurant that is also part of BW Restaurants and operates next to Goldfish. At Goldfish, the drinks and the food are served to the tables, and both can also be enjoyed at the bar.
According to Wikberg, Goldfish is first and foremost a place where people can feel at ease and have fun enjoying good drinks and food. “International, cosy and grown-up”, Wikberg describes the new creation.
