The owners of Helsinki’s top restaurants, Matti Wikberg and Tomi Björck, bring in their excellence in the development of Grand Residence 21. The property’s ground floor will be converted to commercial use and BW Restaurants’ new concept, unique in Finland, will fill up the space.
“The fascinating framework of this property fits our new concept perfectly”, says Matti Wikberg, co-owner of BW Restaurants Oy. On top of a bar and deli, which connect with the main restaurant, the entity will also boast a separate cocktail bar. This way, the arena will welcome its clientele from early morning to late in the evening.
BW Restaurants Oy is fully owned by Matti and Tomi. In addition to the new entity in 2018, the company includes restaurants Farang, Gaijin, Boulevard Social and Bronda in Helsinki. Before the opening of the new operation in Grand Residence 21, the company will launch Levain in Kankurinkatu, Helsinki in May 2017 – a combination of a bakery, café and restaurant. In Stockholm, BW Restaurants Oy is the co-owner of restaurants Farang Stockholm and JimLim.
